In 2013, Natalie ran away from home. Since then, she has been traveling the world with her husband and their backpacks, Packahontas and Gregory Pack. She has taught English in Cambodia; fed cheetahs in South Africa; slept on the deck of a boat in Indonesia; and sat for hours in pubs in London. In her previous life, Natalie earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology which means she can win all arguments with her husband and probably read your mind. She grew up in California (where she developed an addiction to the ocean) before moving to Alaska at age 11. There she learned the best ways to build an igloo, ride a polar bear, and get herself adopted into a wolf pack. When not roaming around strange cities, Natalie enjoys taking photos, figuring out sneaky ways to stream American TV shows, and reading about travel and adventure. She writes about her travels on her blog, Those Travel Monkeys.
