As diehard bookworms, I think we can all admit: 1. Our bookshelves are absolutely overflowing (onto the counters and tables and floors and…you get the idea) and 2. We absolutely need more books. May box unveiled!! Here’s what we included in our REBELS AND RULE BREAKERS box: 🐐Our book of the month: THE NEXT GREAT PAULIE FINK by @alibenjamin . It’s a laugh-out-loud story following a group of hilarious rag-tag crew of middle schoolers as they put on a competition to find a replacement for the legendary class-clown Paulie Fink. @powellsbooks Indiespensible volume 80 appeared on my doorstep yesterday, and I immediately fell for the cool cover art. After reading a description I know I’m going to love it! . This box included the signed hardback edition of the featured book along with a custom slipcase and a booklet with author interview, as always. Our bonus items were an ARC of Divide Me By Zero by Lara Vapnyar and basil lime chapstick from Barnwell. . I adore the Indiespensible book subscription because not only is it well curated, helping me find books I’ll love but might not have otherwise picked up, but each time it feels so special receiving the signed editions with their slipcases and bonus ARCs. They’re things I couldn’t get otherwise, and I love seeing all the slipcased editions lined up on my shelves. I hope to be able to track them all down one day!

A: I have to go with Under The Never Sky trilogy by Veronica Rossi because it was probably one of the very few dystopian books I liked and honestly it was one of my favorite series back in the day. ~ Aaaaaaaah! I’m so excited about this box you have no idea. First off I would like to start by saying that this is actually my first subscription box ever and I have to say I am very pleased by it 🖤 Let me put it this way, I was honestly expecting one book and one chocolate but I got few extra things that really made me happy. This box is definitely worth ordering in my opinion, especially if you are on budget like me and you don’t want to spend 50+ euros on box and hella expensive shipping. If you’re from Europe I believe they have the same prize for shipping which isn’t bad but we all know posts are overpriced as hell. ~ So what does the box include? • 2 Walkers biscuits (crumbly oat and honey & chunky Belgian chocolate) • 3 packages of Welsh hot chocolate • Beech’s chocolate (Anglesey sea salt milk chocolate) • bookmark with a little key and a quote by Jeanette Walls • a copy of The Sacrifice Box by @martin_j_stewart ~ This is not sponsored (I wish tho) but I have to admit I am really in love and just the box arriving so soon, in less than 10 days, made me insanely happy and I highly recommend to everyone considering it.

“People always say they’re happy you’re happy until they’re afraid that maybe your happiness is affecting their happiness and then they’re not so happy about you being so happy.” – Justin A. Reynolds . This was my absolute favorite quote from Justin’s book Opposite of Always which was included in the April Scribbler box. So much truth in one sentence!! . The theme was Voice, and this book perfectly showcased it in my opinion. Voice is subjective. Writing styles are all about maneuvering through the complexities of a narrative to reach our own unique writing style. Justin certainly found his. .
