The Best Bookish Art of Pinterest

I’ve mentioned before that I curate the Pinterest account for Book Riot, which means I spend a lot of time perusing what it is people have pinned to share with our readers. Between work time on Pinterest and my own time using Pinterest for me, I’ve stumbled upon such a wealth of fun, creative book art. One of my favorite parts of finding neat art that way is it’s always a mix of artists who are established with those who are budding or who create just as a hobby and choose to share it. I thought it’d be fun to round-up a pile of some of the best I’ve seen. Artists and links to their other work are included where possible (I’ve been pleasantly surprised how well sourced much of the book-related art is on Pinterest — must be a reader thing!). Some of these pieces are original works, while others are commissioned pieces that have showed up in various magazines, books, or other publications.   the pin Ben Shahn   the pin Hazuki Koike (site is in Japanese)   the pin Michelle Hiraishi (it’s Matilda!)   the pin Janet Hill (check out the entire shop — she has a lot of great bookish art!)     the pin Art by an Etsy seller who uses the name TheExtentofSilence.   the pin Tallulah Fontaine   the pin Kaoru Yamada   the pin Sondra A.
