These stories are full of love, family, race, sexuality, and heartbreak, and we are so lucky they have finally made their way to us. I would have bought it just for the first story, and it’s only a page long. Also, it’s a great gift for fans of Grace Paley, Ann Beattie, Toni Cade Bambara, and Amy Hempel.
