Among the 40 (!!) new Christmas films premiering on the Hallmark Channel this holiday season are these 11 based on books. So if you prefer your hyper-festive romances in book form, or you’d like to read ahead of the movie premieres, we compiled this list of bookish Hallmark Christmas movies.
Note: as we have written about before, the current landscape of Christmas publishing is very white, cis, and heteronormative. As such, there are no authors of color on this list of bookish Hallmark Christmas movies.
