How much does an All Access membership cost?
All Access is $6 per month or $60 per year.
Sustaining is $30 per month of $300 per year.
Can I change my membership from All Access to Sustaining or from monthly to annual?
Absolutely! Go to your Account Dashboard (use the lost password link to set that up if you have never logged in before!) and scroll down to the heading that says “My Memberships.” Click the link that says “Change”
How do I make sure I’m subscribed to all of the content I want?
To make sure all the newsletters you’d like are showing up in your inbox, scroll to the very bottom of the most recent Book Riot email you received, click the “Update Your Preferences” link, and check the boxes for all the content you’d like to receive in your inbox.
How do I view All Access content?
All of our content exists as both a post on our site and is also sent out as a newsletter to your inbox. Most of the paid content is included within these posts, so if you are an All Access member, you will see this content without interruption, and if you are not a member, you will see a message that you have to sign up in order to continue reading.
You must be logged in to your account to see the content on our site that includes All Access content. To login, navigate to your Account Dashboard (use the lost password link to set that up if you have never logged in before!). To make sure all the newsletters you’d like are showing up in your inbox, scroll to the very bottom of the most recent Book Riot email you received, click the “Update Your Preferences” link, and check the boxes for all the content you’d like to receive in your inbox.
What if I’m not receiving the emails that I think I should be receiving?
If you’re receiving any emails at all from Book Riot, scroll to the very bottom of the most recent Book Riot email you received, click the “Update Your Preferences” link, and check the boxes for all the content you’d like to receive in your inbox.
If you are not receiving any emails from Book Riot, it may be due to an account level block that keeps us in compliance with GDPR and other government regulations. This may happen if you have unsubscribed from one of our newsletters using the one-click unsubscribe link in an email app (not the footer email unsubscribe link). To fix this, please contact support to let us know that you think this might be the case and that we do have permission to send you email newsletters.
How do I cancel my All Access membership?
