What Author Haven’t You Read Because You Don’t Know Where to Start?
This is a question we’ve been thinking about a lot lately at Riot Central, and it’s one we asked many of the folks we met at BEA. Answers were all over the board: Ursula K. LeGuin, Toni Morrison (gasp!), James Joyce, John Irving, even the late, great Ray Bradbury. My own is Ernest Hemingway, which I always qualify by noting that I *have* read his short stories. Still, I know. I know that I should read him and that I want to read him, but I have no idea where to start, so I never do.
So, what author haven’t you read because you don’t know where to start?
