While we at the Riot take some time off to rest and catch up on our reading, we’re re-running some of our favorite posts from the last several months. Enjoy our highlight reel, and we’ll be back with new stuff on Tuesday, January 3rd.

This post originally ran September, 2016.

If you haven’t read Sarah Andersen’s webcomic Sarah’s Scribbles yet…then you need to stop what you’re doing and go look it up. It’s a simple, fun webcomic that showcases different parts of Sarah’s daily life. It focuses on being a woman, being an introvert, trying to adult, and having anxiety, which a lot of us can sympathize with. She also recently released a collection of webcomics (which is awesome and you need for your shelves) called Adulthood Is a Myth.

Sarah is also a bookworm, and she really knows what reading life is like. Here are 3 times Sarah nailed what it is to be a reader:

(1) Life is meaningless after a good book

(2) This is all of us

(3) I’m pretty sure I’ve done all these things.
