About the Author

Bryan Lee O'Malley is a Canadian cartoonist. His award-winning Scott Pilgrimseries (2004-2010) was a New York Times best seller and the basis for the 2010 Universal film Scott Pilgrim Vs the World. In 2023, he co-wrote and co-produced the Netflix animated series Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. His books, including Lost at Sea, Seconds, and Snotgirl, have been translated into over twenty languages. He lives in Los Angeles.

Bryan Lee O'Malley is a Canadian cartoonist best known for the bestselling, award-winning Oni Press series "Scott Pilgrim" (2004-2010).     I've had a borrowed copy of Scott Pilgrim for years and was planning on upgrading. I used birthday present money to purchase and it was well worth the price. The story holds up amazingly and the color is a way better representation of the story than the old Black & White. (I used to get confused between the numerous friends, especially Julie, because some of the girls look alike). The quality of the hardcover books are phenomenal and this will be a book that I will reread many years to come. The extras are nice, but it's worth it just having a great color copy in one package.
