First Marvel Studios tweeted the new Black Panther poster:

Which is all kinds of gorgeous with Chadwick Boseman suited up, minus the mask. The film will follow the events of Captain America: Civil War and T’Challa (the Black Panther when fighting crime) will return to Wakanda in the new position of ruler but it seems he must defend the title, and kingdom, from enemies.

Even if I wasn’t already a fan thanks to Ta-Nehisi Coates’ Black Panther –and planning on watching because of the cast: Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan, Angela Bassett, and Watson Martin Freeman– that poster certainly would have been enough to convince me I need to see this film.

And then Marvel Studios dropped this teaser trailer:
