13 of the Most Awesome Bookmarks on Etsy

I have a confession: when I start a book, I spend an embarrassing amount of time selecting the perfect bookmark to pair with it.

Bookmarks are one of my biggest weaknesses: they’re small, usually inexpensive, they’re book-related, and they’re an accessory. Basically, they’re jewelry for books, and I have a huge box of them, collected over a lifetime of reading.

But that doesn’t stop me from trolling Etsy and ogling the bookmarks there. There are so many cute bookmarks on Etsy: sculpted bookmarks, metal bookmarks, embroidered bookmarks, leather, gemstones. I could spend all night looking at them. (And I have.)

This is only a small sampling of the bookmarks over there, but check these out — there really is at least one bookmark for everyone on Etsy.
