Book Fetish: Book Expo America Edition

Alongside all the amazing new books we discovered at Book Expo this year, there were tons of great bookish products that we were clamoring to get our hands on. Here’s a few we saw in the wild (apologies for any blurriness – I was taking photos on the fly):

Litograph Tote Bags: Our friends at Litographs are launching tote bags to complement their collection of posters and tee shirts bedecked with the entire text of your favorite classic books. Two of my favorites: Pride & Prejudice and Moby-Dick.

Got Books? Mustache Tee: Turn the Page Publishing had a great mustache tee on display in their booth.

read. dream. tote bag: Workman passed out one of my favorite totes of the show, featuring an illustration from their Fall 2013 title A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming.

Penguin Classics Travel Gear: We’ve featured it here before, but Penguin’s display of On The Road-themed travel paraphernalia made me want to book a flight to somewhere exotic immediately.

Literary Magnetic Poetry: While Magnetic Poetry is inherently bookish (ahem, poetry), they had a couple of particularly literary-focused sets: Edgar Allan Poet and Pride & Poetry.

Out of Print: Of course, one of our favorite bookish stuff comes from Out of Print, who had a booth filled with stuff that people were clamoring to buy, including phone covers featuring classic lit like The Outsiders and other bookish designs like the library checkout card shown here. They also had their standard tee shirts with classic book covers, baby onesies with children’s book illustrations, and tablet covers designed to look like classic books.
