Exclusive: Book Trailer for “Fifty Shames of Earl Grey” by Andrew Shaffer

Most literary parodies will delight the bookish, but some literary parodies and their promotional materials can be enjoyed even if you’ve never cracked the spine of the publication being mocked. Such is the case with the book trailer for Andrew Shaffer’s Fifty Shames of Earl Grey: A Parody, which takes aim at 2012’s sleeper publishing hit, Fifty Shades of Grey (the first volume of a trilogy).

Our peek at it is exclusive here today and tomorrow, and we think it’s nearly as funny as Shaffer’s book–even though he hasn’t ‘fessed up yet as to whether or not he’ll write a trilogy, too.
