Eat this when it’s your birthday and you’re a tea-guzzling, book reading, hanky using lady like me. (Just kidding, I don’t use hankies… but I totally would if someone made me this cake.)
Eat this when you have been reading too much fluff and need a good doorstopper to get you back on track.
Eat this when you are feeling nostalgic or prone to melancholy.
Eat this when you are missing your childhood very, very much. (It may also be eaten after any time you have been thrown in the chokey, or the adult version of that, for self-soothing purposes.)
Eat this at your book club’s celebration of Pride & Prejudice‘s 200-year anniversary (in 2013).
Eat this when you’re feeling vintage and hip.
Eat this on a dark and stormy night. Preferably have a Raven sitting on your fence posts.
Eat this during NaNoWriMo.
I’ll give you three guesses when to eat this (and the first two don’t count).
Eat this when… Nah, don’t eat this, it tastes like cardboard.
Eat this if you don’t like cake… these chocolate truffle Snitches will be sure to hit the spot during a Harry potter re-read-athon.
