I would wager a substantial amount of money that the hardback of Colson Whitehead’s Zone One had the most subdued cover ever for a novel with zombies in it ever. It comes out in a redesigned paperback tomorrow, so let’s look at them side-by-side. (Vote for which one you prefer at the end of the post.)
